In vastness
I am imprisoned, even
as my creations draw near
my heart, they are mine
to stand apart from.

They still think
worlds are created, and yet
it is existence that leaves
a space, and I live
in the void of life.

How I long
to feel a warm touch, the kind
that their people burn brightly
like stars-- lights of love
in every shade.

In silence
I reach out. So that
in imitation of this
motion of your hand,
I may build a bridge

and become...
